Dunkin' Donuts

July 30, 2014This letter Serves as a response to a complaint submitted on 7/18/by *** *** *** to The Revdex.com Case ID # ***.*** *** recently had her vehicle towed from the Dunkin' Donuts parking lot where she had parked and walked off the property by
crossing the street to make a purchase at the *** supermarket.Although I deeply regret and understand the frustration of *** *** having been towed and the ordeal that followed to retrieve her vehicle, it is our belief that *** *** clearly violated the parking policy and a refund cannot be issuedTo be perfectly clear, our business doesn't receive any proceeds from the towing service and we wouldn't be in a position to refund her moneyIn fact, we have never refunded any person(s) on behalf of the towing service or otherwiseTo provide some background about the property, the Dunkin' Donuts is located directly across the street (feet) from the *** Metro Station escalators, obviously making the Dunkin' Donuts a target for commuters to park and rideAdditionally, the property sits on a very busy and frequented cornerThe property doesn't belong to a shopping center, each tenant is its own condo unit with different ownershipThere is no working relationships between the landlords or conformity in the way landlords and or tenants establish their parking rulesEach property owner and or tenant contract their own towing companyFor example, if a Dunkin' Donuts customer parks in front of the restaurant next door to the Dunkin' Donuts, that customer would be towed by the towing company contracted by the restaurant next door and this applies to all other tenants in the condo Strip centerWe have maintained this walk off policy for over years that the Dunkin' Donuts has been in existence on this propertyWe have a very limited amount of spaces and must ensure they're reserved for our patronsonlySincerely,

remove my commentsSeeing as how I have asked since January for the pictures and articles to be removed I will do no such thing. He also told me he went to my children’s school and obtained paperwork about them of which he cannot legally do. This is getting out of hand, all I want is any articles, pictures and information regarding both of my children removed from that facility. I do not appreciate the threats and if need be, I will talk to my mobile carrier and get copies of the messages he has since sent me. I have contacted Facebook and filed several complaints about the article and they say it does not offend any community standards and have not removed it. This is very humiliating for my son and he is struggling with it. He is not handling it and it is having a serious effect on his mental status. Please help me to have what I asked removed. Thank you*** ***

I have used this company for many years for my taxes and have always had a great experienceI would highly recommend this company
