THE WORST!!!! I just got my hails done at Dunkirk Nails & Dayspa Dunkirk Nails and Day Spa and this is the horrible polish job I gotAfter the polished dried (gel polish) I told the My nail tech, *** this doesn't look rightShe said they look nice and smooth to her and that this was normalShe told me if I wanted her to re-polish my nails it would cost me $This if after I already spent $(boys pedi and my fill) in there with themI can not believe how bad they treated me after they had my moneyI was polite about it but wrong is wrongI spent too much money to walk away unhappy with the serviceNEVER AGAIN! They refused to correct their mistake

issue:1. She used word" was barking one-word" is described my co-worker's employee as a dog, which she is very discriminate comparing a human as a low ramp animal -Remember this country is united all the world and become United State of Americans, and every peoples of this country contribute to make our country become rich, strong and freedom -Ourselves and every member in our worker are American citizens, this is our first generation to immigration here becoming American, we all contribute and build our business and family Strong, moral, educated for the next generation and good citizen -As American peoples, l, myself and my family build my business around twenty years in this communityI have been having good relationship with our clients due to cleaner, professional and our employees being trained -In our facility have a security cameras view all customers and staff's performing and the cameras recorderchecked cameras on the September 18-I did not see any issues which is *** describe on the statement2-*** also mentions one of my customer has issue of medical condition and fainted while she is getting a pedicure -Crossing my mind wonder *** come over our business checking our customers getting services instead of she enjoy of her services - Remember this is Spa, meaning people coming here to enjoy services, relaxation and even peoples who are getting sick, tired or depressing - This is showing *** is also discriminating of peoples who is getting sick-But We don't have customer who have medical conditions as *** described on that day-Surprise me!!!3-Well, another her issues mention kind of double times payment- As a American eyes, I wonder who is stupid payment twice of her serviced, and as a business owner I have been running it over twenty years, am I foolish enough to overcharge our customer double timeAnother surprise!!4-Spa is means: services better, good products, nice environment, times performance base on price customer choose on the menuSpa's prices is totally higher than Nails shop price*** choose her spa pedicure on the Menu which she has fifty minute on this service including her callus removing, scrub exfoliate, fifteen minutes reflexology massage, mask apply on her feet, hot Stone massageOur technician serves her more than fifty minutes service and *** paid $for fifty minutes servicesOver twenty years in this industry, most peoples in this community are my loyalty customer and we don't have any problem unless someone come to our spa after the service try to bargain to pay less than the prices show on the menu or when they get home feeling of spending much money and calling complain due on some lack of serve........Guess What who is she?By the time,Thanks for your letter and best regardsROSAOwner and management

I received your letter based on the customer 's complaint .The fact is: _On May /2017 *** brought four boys for pedicures .Our price for singles pedicure is $, but I discounted only $for singles pedicure, mean only $for four boy pedicures , and it took every
single pedicure was thirty minutes (We saved her $ for pedicures) _ For her nails filling gel cost $, it took *** more than hours to fixed her nails instead of only thirty minutes to work .Otherwise it costs extra for cutting down $5, but I charged her only $plus reshape -She chose the gel polish to applied on her nails,by the time leaving and paying she gave only $tip for five technicians included her services .She was such happy when signed to her bill Surprised us , later on she came back demanded changing her nails polish which she did not like it at all for a while Changing nails polish is a different services .We mentioned to her if she didn't like the color, we offered fixing it and applied same nails color on her nails but she regretted She wanted free services of polish changed ( different colors)Her attitude in a rude state of civilization which effectively to our customers.They looked at her as feeling uncomfortable -We have good reputation on our community over twenty years of this business ,unless some customers from different areas visited our spa for the first times and don't want to pay the services To our experiences with those customers :1- They try to give difficult time during services2- end up demands discounts the prices of services 3- bargains free for next service 4- complaints and disputes amount of payment 5- some customers end up running away without payment Our services are manual labour , customers don't pay after services done meaning stealing , as shop - lifters We engaged manual labour to contribute associated with people Again , we are appreciates your kindness to makes judgement of this complaint Manager of Dunkirk Nails and Day Spa Tony N***
