I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I as the owner have not allowed any seals to leak. The leaks that Skyline claims that caused the water damage to this unit must have occurred before I purchased it. I still expect Skyline to make all repairs to this unit at their cost. I have taken extremely good care of this unit. Shortly after delivery I found one of the front compartment doors had a leak and was repaired immediately. I think that leak was the one damaged the floor. As far as I know this door had been leaking since the trailer was constructed.As for the holes in the front canopy, I was not the one that installed screws to hold up the interior cabinets that were to long therefor penetrating the front canopy. As for the de-lamination of the front canopy maybe the wrong type of adhesive was use, or applied improperly or not allowed to set up before the panel was installed, however I do know for a fact that it is not from a leak caused by my lack of maintenance. The airconditioner was not installed per manufacture instructions allowing water to leak into the compartment when the unit is sitting level.This offer does not cover any of the other items on the list. I EXPECT SKYLINE TO MAKE ALL REPAIRS ON THE LIST OR REPLACE THE UNIT OR REFUND MY MONEY.

Skyline has agreed to a repair of the air conditioner enclosure at approximately 1.5 hour, and the slide out rubber gasket at approximately 2.5 to 3 hours of labor.  Skyline is not responsible for regular maintenance, which includes the seals that allowed the water to penetrate the front wall.  Water penetration will cause delamination.  The delamination caused the screws to penetrate due to the flexibility of the wall.  There were no penetrating screws noted on the dealer check in list nor the customer check in list.  The trailer was manufactured November of 2013.  The issues were reported May of 2016.  If the water penetration had been present since construction it would have been evident in 2014.  I have carefully reviewed your request.  I am sorry that Skyline cannot be of further assistance.    Unfortunately, I cannot consider this to be a warrantable issue.  Our experience has been that as time passes it is less likely that a problem calls for warranty service.
