Currently called "Avalon Valley Apartments," but don't be fooledMy wife and I were looking for new apartments and were told ONE unit was available here so we'd have to "act fast." We paid the $each for applications (no problem,) and paid $and were told it was a "hold" in case our applications didn't get accepted or in case we decided against the apartmentsWell, we got accepted but decided against the apartments, and poof! Like that, our $was gone and then called a "deposit" that we had hours to refund even though the application process took days*** at the front may seem nice, but this is a huge money grab!

I am an angry tenant living in the Carson Apartments in Audra, CO. I have made numerous complaints about the noise from the unit above me, in particular, the children running and jumping inside their apartment that creates way beyond noise I should tolerate. My complaints are being minimalized because of problems I had with the previous apartment manager. The Carson was manager now has never notified the tenants above me of my requests that the children stop running. The wood flooring creates a major disturbance for me that causes me to lose sleep and have a quality of life that is my lawful right to have. I have done all the necessary steps to communicate this noise issue is too much, too loud, too chaotic and its taking a toll on my emotional and physical health. 2 boys, ages 7 and 10 -are old enough to be corrected and taught the running is disturbing to others. I have spoken to the mother and I am being dismissed from her as well. I need changes to this now
