Terrible ability to successfully run an apartment building. Gave absolutely no notice whatsoever that they would be painting the exterior of another apartment building they own right next to the parking lot. Painters got paint all over the front of my car, proceeded to attempt to clean my car off and ended up scratching entire surface of the front of my car. Contacted the landlord as soon as I found out about this, and landlord stated they will not reimburse for exterior detail (estimated to be $150). I then asked for the contact information for the actual construction company working on the building. Landlord stated they will return my phone calls with contact info, but never did. Have been avoiding my phone calls since. Terrible, terrible business practices.
