are so may variables. He received a copy of this explanation from his insurance company notifying him that the services were his responsibility. We have two waivers signed by him notifying him that in the event his insurance company does not pay for the service he received, he is responsibly for payment. If his insurance does not pay and he does not pay, this means we do not get paid. We are not a free clinic. His issue is with his insurance company not us. He is responsible for payment to this office. I am sorry for any misunderstanding.
