Photos have been sent to our office for review of the finish of the leather coming off in the headrest area
As a manufacturer, we provide a warranty that is limited to repair or
replacement of parts of the furniture
We have been in contact with *** at *** *** *** and we have advised him that we are ordering a new upholstered back and will ship it to his store locationWhen the store receives the back, they will contact the customer to schedule the installation
The upholstered back will be replaced for the customer at no charge

Per the estimate from Progressive, the radiator was allowed at a used rate of $45.00. It was not approved for a new part. I talked with the mechanic on 06/23/to explain what was approved on insurance claim. I offered to issue a check for $56.00, which is cost of part plus my
other expense. In ref to the $- that was included on the estimate totals that were printed out for customer / not handwritten. Again, this was due to cost adjustment for parts to repair vehicle. Also included on the printed estimate for customer. It was paid in the original total by the customers insurance provider. ?

every action possible to make sure that problems are rectified and that we provide the best solution possible for any inconveniences. Today I met with our customer at our store, and we had a nice discussion of her situation and she shared with me about her first painter that did not show up for her and how the carpet installer had an employee that could paint for her. All of which have no ties to our company.  I gave her the credit for one of the five gallon containers that had approximately two and one half gallons still remaining in it. I drove her to her home and picked up the five gallon container of paint. I transferred the paint from the five gallon container to smaller gallon and quart containers to make it more manageable for the customer. The customer mentioned that she will be in need of one gallon of a brown color to paint an interior hallway in her home, which I agreed to provide for her at no charge. The customer was very happy with this. While I believe we did everything in our power to provide fair, honest and knowledgeable service throughout this transaction, I do apologize for any miscommunication in regard to the amount of paint needed to apply two coats to the dimensions discussed with the customer and her painter. We highly appreciate your feedback, as it will assist us in becoming better at what we do. As with any business like ours, the greatest advertising we can have is word of mouth from a satisfied customer. It's our goal to retain our customers and see to it that they are satisfied customers and will hope to serve her again in the future.
