The company is horrible*** *** sub contracted franco builders llc to put a new roof on my houseThey did not put the ridge cap on and we had a microburst stormMy whole house filled with waterI had light fixtures downstairs filling up with waterI have holes and mold in my ceilingThey told me they covered the ridge cap and the wind must of blew it off but I have pictures proving that was a lieThey also did not cover all the flashing before or after the stormI had to call *** *** to call them to come back out yet again to complete the projectThis was on May 4, and here we are a year and a half later and I'm still trying to get *** *** insurance (***) to fix my houseTheir third party claims adjuster from York said they only have to patch holes and paint staining but every contractor said he is definitely wrongAll this could of been avoided if franco builders did the job right
