Review: Moved from our rental property and have not received our security deposit or double payment for July rent. Have called several times, left messages, emails, txts. When he did return call, he claimed to have mailed it, then said he would resend. It's been over 60 days, VA law requires 45 days.Desired Settlement: Would like money refunded, 2 months rent, totalling 1500.00 less minor scratches and picture nail holes on walls. Also due 10 days rent for overpayment in July. We paid rent after moving cause we broke lease, then tenant rented on 23rd.
