I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute.The version of the story *** *** received from his employee *** is false. As I stated previously, I had a work order. I told *** I would need the work completed for the sale of a house, and she said they would be able to complete it in timeI waited six days before I called to check on the status of the work order. When I called, the receptionist Brittany told me she could see the work order and put me on hold to check the status. When she came back, she said the company didn't do windows. I asked to speak to *** and when she got on the phone I told her she accepted the work order and the work needed to be completed. She said the company didn't do windows, and I told her she needed to honor the work order she accepted. She stated again the company didn't do windows, and I tried to explain the predicament she had placed me in. She just kept repeating "we don't do windows". I asked her why she took the work order, and she said she didn't know they didn't do windows. I told her the new receptionist said she was aware of this fact, and she said again we don't do windows. I did become angry with her, but at no time did I use profanity. I have the phone call recorded to prove the true conversation and not the version she related to her boss. All I was asking for in my complaint was an apology, as I had to move on to another company to have the work completed. It is unfortunate *** felt the need to lie about this situation, and it is also unfortunate her boss, *** *** made no attempt to contact me to obtain the other side of the story before he replied to the complaint. This company is without integrity and future customers considering them for services should proceed with caution
