I went to the house multiple times to look at the floors and was not able to get inside This is an older home and needs new locks InstalledThe best thing about this house is the wood floorsIt's was a complete dump before we put in the floorsI won't be told what and when and how to Resand a floor before getting to look at themAfter I was told they were going to trash my reputation and business online and take me to court after a weekend of time went by I considered that a threat and I won't be intimidated by an unruly customer I will no longer communicate with these people as we did exactly what was in our estimateI suggest they move on and quit wasting my time

That was not a true account of what happenedThe locks are faulty at the house I went to look at the floors which from my pictures they are beautiful The client also said they were beautiful but not exact color they expectedI went back several times to see the floors in person and clean up the
job site however not able to do so because the locks were bad and keys were stuckThe clients are not easy people to deal with who immediately threaten me and my company and at that point I decided I could not work with them furtherI suggest they pick the color in person during daytime rather then relaying phone pictures at night which is two totally different lighting effects and he said I didn't know what I was talking aboutThreatenning me will not get you anywhereI'm very reasonable patient and kind but not to someone like thatI just chose to ignore them after it turned uglyThis is rare that I ever have a dissatisfied client and if it does happen I try to work it out quickly and reasonablelyI will not be going back there to their home ever as I feel threatened and intimidatedThey should not treat people that way

We make it a point to do quality work on every jobI would have been willing to refund her money in full if we had not already bought materials did the demo work and installed the flooringShe was happy at first then there were some concerns over small issues in my opinion I offered to fix the
issues and move forward with the project as I would with any jobWe were told they had hired another company to complete the projectShe still owes us $and as we can't finish the project I can't bill her for the remainder but will not be refunding any money as it was spent on demo and materials and laborAbout once a year I run into a customer that I can't pleaseHowever I haveany happy customers that would say I'm easy to work with and get accommodatingThis customer was unreasonable and not willing to let us complete the workSo they wouldn't know what the finished product would have beenI feel sorry for anyone who has to work for them in the future
