*** *** Please note that there was no profane behavior, just identifying we had been lied to. This company continually told us a 4th man was on his way that day and it never happenedThere was nothing compensated for their tardinessWe were promised they would return the following day at 8amThey were due to the frustration with service the day beforeThe crew was not an hour late, they were hrs lateAfter two phone calls to the company inquiring as to where the promised crew was, the company kept telling us they were on the way and a third call, we just got voicemailAt 10:am, we were forced to call another companyThey were on the way so as one could imagine our level of frustration with Dunn Rite, when they finally showed, we excused themIt was never communicated there would be no charge for the following dayPayment was demanded by *** indicating they always collect at the end of each dayHe assured us the payment would not be deposited until Saturday at the latest (days after we gave it to them)It was promptly deposited that eveningAfter paying Dunn Rite the first evening and the run around the following day, any customer would feel as if they had been taken advantage of for an unfinished jobThe work was completed over a month agoThis complaint was submitted shortly thereafterIt is not our fault for delayRevdex.com indicated they had incorrect contact information for Dunn Rite. We followed up with Natasha Liebsock on several occasions in attempt to rectify the issueIt is now that we are finally getting resolutionWe made every attempt on our end to get it resolvedIt is only now that a complaint has been filed that Dunn Rite is attempting to make some resolution by way of refund of $We will accept this offer and be done with it

It is a pity that I have had to fight with this company for over seven (7) months, even to the point of involving the Revdex.com, in order to receive reparations for the damage done to our floor due to their improper move of a piano During those seven months, I received innumerable excuses for the delays in repairing the damage, a string of broken promises and suffered many unpleasant conversations with representatives of Dunn Rite Moving & Storage To say they are short on customer service is an understatement In general, I like to positively recommend businesses to acquaintances and friends I positively cannot do so in this case It has been the most miserable experience I have had with any company Ever.I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, this complaint is resolved Finally

Response to [redacted] Revdex.com Complaint:It is very upsetting to us that we were unable to satisfy this customer. At Dunn Rite [redacted] we pride ourselves on providing the best service possible and we acknowledge that came up short in this situation. That being said, we tried our very best to satisfy the...

customer, yet they were inconsolable and inflexible. They even went so far as to send nasty and insulting text messages to our personal phones as well as act belligerently, profanely insulting our staff. This is after we worked to overcome obstacles and compensate them for the inconvenience our tardiness caused them. The fact in this case is this: we gave an estimate for an entire move that included 4 crew and 2 trucks that would take approximately 8 hours at $170/hour. The day of the move, one of our drivers took ill and was unable to work. Therefore we had three man crew and 1 truck at $130/hour, which did arrive late due to the shuffling needed to crew the move. We loaded the truck as full as possible and delivered it to the location with the assurance that we would complete the job the following morning. We did arrive the following day, albeit an hour late, and were confronted by the customer and told to go away. Our commitment was to complete the job that day at no additional cost, due to the delay, but the customer was so upset and would not accept any offer from us to satisfy them. Therefore, we departed as requested.Regarding the payment, the customer was only charged for the 3-person crew and 1 truck and was asked about payment. They willingly offered payment and did not post-date the check or ask for a hold on the check, so it was deposited per normal business practice. No payment was “demanded” and our attempts at reconciling their dissatisfaction were rebuffed. We apologized profusely and made an attempt in good faith to satisfy this customer. Due to our delay, they refused any consolation, insulted our staff, and now are demanding 50% refund for work completed over a month ago. We are willing to offer $325 back to the customer for the issues, but no matter the amount they will not be satiated. Tell us why here...

We have offered [redacted] a $500.00 settlement in paid in a cashiers check and this dispute is now settled.

I am rejecting this response because:
I have read [redacted] owner of Dunn Rite Moving response to my complaint dated 11-03-2017. She stated, “I continue to search” search for what? She has never asked for the model number, manufacturers name of the ceiling fan that was broken for the information to help in her “search”. She has never called to make an appointment to look at the damage of the furniture to estimate the cost of repair. I don’t know what she is searching for and when she plans to do anything to answer my complaint.   At this time, I want a refund amount for all damages of items broken by Dunn Rite Moving and I will find a company to do the repairs. To All Whom This Issue Concerns My response to [redacted] Hardwood Floor ,First of all its not her Floor It was her Daughters Move its her daughters home. We have done I believe 2if not 3moves for this family and this is our first incident. Yes my guys did damage to the floor we have...

never once tried to get out of this claim. Her statement is true and correct we have sent 3 different people over to THE DAUGHTERS HOME to access the damage's . 1st person [redacted] which is no longer with our company because he scammed us out of over $9K since last June2016 .and yes I'm very ill yet has nothing to do with this except I couldn't make the assessment day and time we had scheduled due to my [redacted] issues. I by far want any sympathy from anyone much less from my clients !! So at that time [redacted] one of the movers that did the move went over to the DAUGHTERS home and was going to try a quick fix but [redacted] wouldn't even let him try a small part of the floor to see if this would make a difference in the damage's. So then my new office staff [redacted] which came all the way from [redacted]. to help me get the company back on track. He went over to  the home in question on his time off from work to see what all this claim consisted of after [redacted] wouldn't even let us try the floor product that we purchased .[redacted] came back with the same statement as the other two gentlemen that you almost have to be laying on the floor to even see the damage and that the sun has to be shinning in on it as well . But needless to say we sent out [redacted] which is a wood working professional. that scheduled an app.t and then couldn't make the apt time and had to reschedule .This is no fault to DRM [redacted] is wonting DRM to take the very 1st  estimate and the only estimate that she has provided which is the original floor guys  that initially laid down the floor of $500.00 which I'm all most positive is a estimate for a full sanding and a full refinishing of the hardwood floor. Which I refuse to do because we have every legal right to obtain anywhere from 3-5 estimates during our 90 to 120 days to settle this claim . This is in our terms and conditions that [redacted] signed off on for her daughters move.  Forgive me but the small dents in [redacted]'s daughter floor is not our only or our top priority with in our company at this time . Its not like the baby's crib is broken or that they don't have a bed to sleep on or they have no way to provide food or cooking utensils to eat !!!! These are the types of damages that if they did happen to occur that we put first SORRY but we have to prioritize daily what is best and most important to handle daily just like every other company does. So I myself [redacted] sole propriety ( OWNER) of DRM will come to a conclusion to pay off the claim or fix the claim within in our legal tome zone until then [redacted]'s statement about our company in null and voided due to the signing of the terms an conditions she signed off on . We are a very up standing reputable company we have not only earned our way to a A+ Rating with the Revdex.com but also 4yrs in a roll [redacted]. Before I got sick there was not one bad review via the entire web on DRM which we worked really hard to acquire. Not only does it start  in the office but it also ends with the last piece of furniture that we move into a clients residence. During the time that I myself and my men found out that I'm terminally ill and couldn't sit behind the desk everyday 8-14 hrs. is when our company took a spiral down fall. During the first year to follow my diagnoses' we have lost 4- of our best men that have been with me since I started DRM . But following [redacted]'s deductions out of our company's bank account both my personal and business bank cards were stolen right out of my purse and all 4-of our accounts DRAINED totally DRAINED to the ------minus. I felt like I need to explain this situation to all involved in the matter before I make this next Statement. [redacted] shouldn't even be the person filing this claim much less calling our office about the issue also having her husband call screaming at my employees threating us with this complaint and a bad review .I [redacted] do not take this matter lightly when my company is threatened in this matter so yes I did back of the claim for about maybe a week or week and half due to the threats . But again we had and have full intention on solving this issue just not to [redacted]'s time schedule but to ours as well . I want this not to show on our record because we have made attempts to get more estimate's but she does nothing but complain again about a damage that you can barely even see. My company has been a accredited member of  the Revdex.com for I believe 4yrs now and never once have we had any issue until I had to give my company over to someone else that didn't care like I do . So this claim is a repercussions from that. [redacted] needs to give us our appbutial  amount of time to complete this claim or I could have them totally start this hole process over and have the daughter fill out a damage waiver with us since this again is not [redacted]'s  home. I legally didnt even have to except the claim and the responsiableity to work on it but , of coarse I did and I would do it again to make sure all our clients needs are taken care of to the up most care and responsibility.
