purchasing these valves from them for 20 years without incident. In this case this particular ball valve did explode causing damage in Mr. [redacted]'s basement. We did go back and replace with another ball valve from another manufacturer. Shortly after we made the repair we received a letter from [redacted] ([redacted]) stating that they have had a problem with these valves. (See enclosed).
