I have not been contacted from this school directlyWhen I contacted the school back in with the complaint from *** *** at that time stating I owe them for funds I never received because I had officially withdrew before any funds were disbursed, I was told that they had sent back the funds to *** ***I then asked what do I need to do or could they provide documentation to *** *** stating that they sent the funds back to them and the lady informed me that there was no documention that they could send themIf I was told that all I had to do back then was to write in permission to have my records disclosed to *** ***; I would have but now I willIn fact, after filing complaint with Revdex.com, I noticed two negatives placed on my credit report from the same date (5/12/2016); in which I am already disputing the same two negatives that appeared 9/All four of these are the same account I have been disputing for yearsI will be contacting Brown Mackie College via mail, to provide written permission to disclose my complete records to Revdex.com...Thanks In Advance

During your enrollment, you received the PELL and the Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (FSEOG), both of which are grants awarded to students that qualify based on their financial need, which is determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)Neither of these grants requires repaymentI hope that this provides clarity about the FSEOG grant
You were awarded and disbursed financial aid for your first enrollment in the amount of *** SUB and *** UNSUBAdditionally, you were awarded and disbursed *** in PELL funds and *** in FSEOG funds *** of which was sent to you in the form of excess stipend checks)I have included your ledger card, which will reflect these charges and checksAs a result of your withdrawal in November of 2005, *** from PELL and *** from FSEOG was, in fact, returned to the lenderThese refunds occurred on November 16, and are reflected on the ledger card, included in this response
On November 28, 2005, you re-entered into the Surgical Technology program and earned a B in Anatomy and Physiology I, which ran from November 28, to December 22, I have included the attendance records that confirm your participation in this classYou were awarded *** SUB, $UNSUB, and *** PELL
On December 14, 2005, during the course of this class, you signed and submitted a Change of Program request, indicating that you wanted to transfer out of Surgical Technology and start the Medical Assistant program in the January of termI have included this request form with my response
When the attendance requirements were not met in your January classes, you were unofficially withdrawn from Brown Mackie College for violating the attendance policyAs a result of this withdrawal, the *** SUB and *** UNSUB that you were awarded for were returned to the lender in their entiretyAdditionally, *** in PELL was returned to the lenderAgain, these charges and refunds are reflected on your ledger card, which I am attaching with this response
The *** SUB and *** UNSUB reflected as your outstanding balance on NSLDS is accurate, and you will need to contact your lenders in order to make payment arrangementsPlease note that while *** is reflecting as the lender for your subsidized loan, your unsubsidized loan has USA Funds listed as the ServicerThis information can be found on the NSLDS website

It has to be a crime for fraudulent documentationsI absolutely don't agree with the request for change of program that Brown Mackie has provided to Revdex.comI would like to point out crucial elements, containing vital information i.emy name, social security number, current program, new program, signature and date; that plainly in anyone's eyes appears to have been superimposed, erased with pencil and/or wrote over in ink, to create a fraudulent change of program formThe information is falling below the writing lines, the term date/year has been written over to make it look like the year 2006, the registrar signature looks freshly signed; even though she back dated the form for 12/14/05, and the financial aid representative signature is falsified and superimposed; looking as if it was forged by writing in ink over pencil markings and not to mention the fact of why and who would falsely sign and date a form dated 12-27-05, when all schools and offices are closed during Christmas/Holiday breakThis must be the reason why *** ***/*** never received the funds back and fraudulent charges were put on my accountI would also like to include that the program placements and the dates on your fraudulent change of program form, Do Not match up with the ledger card that you have created here recently and sent to Revdex.com, that is also fraudulent and neither does the program match upI officially withdrew XX-X-XX and never returnedAs a matter of fact, I became a residing resident in the state of *** the following dayOn the student withdrawal/drop form, that you guys fraudulently submitted to Revdex.com; that is NOT my handwriting on the line answering returning next term, as well as the forged/fraudulent writt"re-enter specialist", the drbox to check and the drinitial line; which is forgery and fraudulent! As for the detailed attendance form, I was never in attendance none of these dates because I officially withdrew XX-X-XX and never returnedAlso I don't appreciate how you guys superimposed my name on this fraudulent attendance record!
