Quick, easy service with installation of a new thermostat. T.C. was professional, courteous, knowledgeable of the products, and explained the instructions to me thoroughly before he left.

Was unhappy with my original heating/cooling company. Heard Dunn's was good, and it was. The techs were courteous and professional, and you even get a 'media message' ahead of time, with a color photo/name of the tech who will be there. They got the work done in a reasonable length of time, and after that we had central air again. Based on our experience, I recommend them.

They sent someone out within 2 hours, when it was going to take 2-3 days for anyone else to come out. Very professional!!

After years of trying to get the kitchen vent moved from under the refrigerator, Dunn's got it moved! (Yea!) This was completed as part of a new unit install during which the personnel were very professional and helpful. Best of all, they played with the dogs so that we did not have to put them in crates for the duration of the install. We are all very pleased with the new unit, and we will not hesitate to use Dunn's again.

Terrible! The first technician came to our to troubleshoot and found our deice timer circuit board was bad. The second technician Jason came to our house to find the part number and ordered it. The third technician came our house to install the new board but burned up our thermostat and associated wiring. The second lead tech Jason came out to our house and replaced the wiring, thermostat and another new circuit board.

Jason installed board and it was still broken, he then suggested that we replace the whole unit because he could not determine the problem. But he also said that he was going back to the office to figure it and he should be back. He never called or came back. The part they replaced was the wrong circuit board. I have pictures from before they touched the deice timer board and after they shorted out the wiring and installed the new board.

I ordered the correct, identical board off of Amazon.

My technician, Brady, was very courteous and timely. Also he very respectful and knowledgeable. He had the job done in no time. I am a current customer and will be for a long time. It adds comfort to find a company that is trust worthy and puts the customer first. Job well done!!

We are a commercial/industrial company.This was our first time to use Dunn's HVAC for service.Their technician Jason was prompt, courteous, and very helpful. He had to climb onto one of our buildings, then wait for power to be turned on before he could really start to work. As it turned out, he confirmed there was nothing wrong with our unit, and was not agitated in the least that it was a "false alarm". Very nice young man, would gladly call Dunn's back for future HVAC needs.

Service was friendly and fast, A part had to be ordered and it was only a few days till they come back out and installed the part. Did a full check on system and all was working correctly. I would recommend them.

Have used Dunn's for over a year now, including a new heater for our den. Dunn's has also serviced our other heating unit and two outside air conditioners; we've been very happy with their service, professionalism and work ethic, as well as their top notch technicians. Highly recommend this outstanding company.

I only had a window unit and they don`t work on these. I called and they were out here the same day. very nice and friendly.

My experience with this company was great. Matt and Gary responded to an issue with my air ducts in the crawl space. The job was completed within a couple of hours. They were very professional and provide helpful information to maintain. I would use them again.

I called around noon to get someone to go out for a condensation issue in the crawlspace on a house that I am selling. By 2:00 I got a call from Jason with Dunn's and the issue had already been resolved! I paid by phone and my receipt and statement of work came right to my email. Excellent service and very friendly!
