Dunn's Sport

Review: well where to start with dunnsport. I was looking for a shop that I can go to to fix my rim on the spot compared to having it sent then waiting forever to get it back . now I decided to pick here because of some positive reviews but that can be deciving. I went down there and met dunn which he seemed nice at first until you want a refund then all hell breaks loose. I had to go down two times because the fact everytime they said they balanced the wheel I still had problems and I literally would just get on the highway not even 5 min from there now I never rushed them and gave them alot of time to do it because I live a hour and a half north and didnt want to come back down but it was just the beginning so I come down twice didnt get fix he tells me come down again but before I do I go and check my rims at midas for 47 dollars not only did they fix the wheels but told me one was still bent and not balanced the other 3 was off too so I come down today and told the people there and dunn was out but they got him on the phone I tell him the situation and that I wanted my money back and he basically tells me to go screw myself ill never do business there again and I warn anyone who goes to go on your own risk if they screw up you cant get your money back. one more thing midas had the same machine but and older one and still got it fixed so how does a man with a machine a few weeks old mess up I wonder im just trying to save you other rims shops didnt reccomend them and I didnt listen dont do the same mistake I did please.Desired Settlement: since the work was not done the way they promised it would be done after multiple times putting my safety at risk then catching a attitude with me for asking for my money back all I want is the 320 that he owes me I already spent enough on gas constantly going back and fourth and other costs I would love to have that taken care of.
