Dunrite was awesomeFirst, the technician worked really hard to resolve a tangled, mixed up warranty issue with the manufacturer of my unitDunrite then replaced the part under my parts and labor warranty that two other companies could only do 'band-aid' fixes and were unable to properly repair itAnother company had flat-out refused to work on it even though they are listed as a warranty providerThe owner of the company was friendly, provided great customer service and spoke to me like I have a brain, which I really appreciateMy unity is working great nowI purchased their service plan and look forward to having them come back and do maintenance on my air conditioner

We had out AC blow out on our new house this summer unexpectedly. Dunrite installed a new High Efficiency AC extremely fast. We were so happy to find a AC company that was more interested in getting us the best solution rather than trying to get us to overspend. They got us everything we wanted and were very helpful in answering all of my questions. The work they did was fantastic, they were professional and fast. We are very satisfied with Dunrite and the AC they installed.
