We have reviewed Mr [redacted] 's complaint and learned that unfortunately this doctor was never informed of this issue.Although it is standard of care to perform a periodic exam every months, she certainly would have waived the fee if she had been made aware of any misunderstandings regarding this service.We will write off this charge and amend office protocols to prevent similar issues in the future
