Hello,We have received a complaint in regards to the customer, unfortunately we are unable to locate their order within our database using the information that was already provided to us Please assist us to locate their order and resolving the issue by providing us with the following information: 1) order number 2) first and last of the credit card which you used to make the order 3) description for the charge on your credit cardAlso, please be aware that it was stated in the terms and conditions that the customer would be charged for the full days for the trial bottle if they didn't cancel before the days was overThe customer is automatically signed onto our monthly subscription until they call in and ask to cancel the productAfter the customer finishes their day supply of the product, they will be charged on the card on file for a day supply plus shipping and handlingUsually, the customer must receive and RMA number from the customer service department to return the product and they will then receive a refund Nevertheless, the customer account has been cancelled and will no longer be receiving anymore products or be chargedIt was stated in the terms and conditions every customer agrees to before proceeding to check outThe customer must call in and cancel their account before the day trial is overIf the customer fails to cancel their account, they will be charged for the trial product and be subscribed onto our monthly subscriptionThank you

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, [redacted] I find it interesting that I tried the moment the order would not let me back out to cancel then when they shipped I sent yet another email and two weeks later a third and again when I received yet a second shipmentI refused it and sent it back They turned around and charged me $ What is their phone number because they have ignored every email I am extremely frustrated and want them to cancel and refund my money like I keep asking [redacted] Credit card [redacted] ***They are frauds and liars I was never to have been charged $79.95How many cancellations requests do I have to send Their response and website don’t show a phone number I could not remove my information initially requesting to try the one product their website automatically added green tea for $ I never wanted any of this

I have provided this company with all the information including tracking numbers, order numbers and credit card informationI called again just tonight and they offered me 75% refund on the Dec shipment and 50% on the November shipment and they claim to have already refunded me on the January shipment and I have NOT received any monies back from them as of todayI was told on January 19th, that I would get 100% of my money and now they are saying only a partial refundThey lie at every step of the wayI want a full refund of the that they owe me *** *** ***
