Hello Dear,thank you for bringing this matter to us.Indeed on August 22nd of we did service for your client.She did wanted weave but we suggested something that will last longer and healthier for her type of hair.We did not force her to get braids.She were supposed to come back to us to get them out therefore the person who took the braids out for her cut her hair.She was so pleased with us that she gave us tips.Feel free to Email us for any questions.Thank you.***
