The events described did happen but I will say that there was never an offer to giver her another room on that night as we were full. If that upset her there was nothing we could do. We offered a refund that night. She said she'd been planning a birthday party for her daughter and did not wish to...

leave. I arrived the next morning to look at the damage. Ms. [redacted] said the sink completely fell off the wall by itself. I took pictures and sent them to the owner. I made no accusations to Ms. [redacted]. He and I both agreed this could not have happened on its own as we had just remodeled the motel. I told Ms. [redacted]  I would give her the benefit of the doubt and gave her another room as it became available that day. She and her children went to the new room and this was the last we'd heard. I went to home depot and purchased the materials and fixed it. It came to roughly $35 but this was not brought up to Ms. [redacted] at all. The last exchange that I had with Ms. [redacted] was her saying thank you. I told her she was welcome and if there was anything else we could do to let us know.
