I am
rejecting this response because:I called and emailed several times and did not get a responseThe bill was paid, but I refused to pay late fees because they did not address my issues surrounding their service, which included it not killing ANY mice, using sticky traps that I would have to dispense of live mice stuck to them, and following up several weeks after they were supposed toNot one mouse was caught, so I told the tech to come get their equipment, and NO ONE EVER CAMESo the equipment got tossed, Except for the outside traps.

We did a service call on May 19th for an initial mouse service.  Consumer advised that they would make a payment in June. Payment was not received.  Consumer never called to remove the late fees.  The consumer can contact us to set up a payment plan.
