Nous sommes en désaccord avec la cliente qui mentionne qu'on lui a vendu un véhicule avec vices-cachés. Nous nous sommes occupé de la cliente à toutes les fois qu'elle est revenu pour faire part de ses problèmes et avons toujours collaboré. Je suis sans mots lorsqu'elle mentionne qu'on aurait dû l'avertir que le pare-brise avait été remplacé. Un pare-brise est un élément de sécurité routière et il doit être réparé ou remplacé lorsque brisé.
De plus, son véhicule est encore garantie avec la couverture complète jusqu'en novembre 2020 et jusqu'en novembre 2022 pour les éléments du groupe motopropulseur. Nous sommes prêt à aider la cliente à nouveau pour tout sauf le pare-brise en ce moment à cause du COVID-19. Mais une chose qui est certaine, nous ne reprendrons pas ce véhicule à nos frais.

I am rejecting this response because:In their letter of April 6, 2020, they certify that this vehicle comes with the legal category B warranty.
The used vehicle in question is category A since the vehicle was marketed for 2 years or less (it’s a 2018), and the mileage is less than 40,000 km. The car dealership’s warranty period must be 6 months or 10,000 km, whichever comes first. Therefore, the legal guarantee of proper functioning for category A has not ended.
The seller should have given me all the information about this vehicle so that I could make an informed choice, but several important information and issues were never disclosed to me before the purchase. Consequently, I request the cancellation of the transaction, even if the contract has been duly transferred to the financial institution; it will be their responsibility to assume any reimbursement related to this problematic transaction.
Please note that the replacement of the original windshield was never disclosed to me. The replacement windshield is certainly not "fully functional" because noises and loud cracking occur at any time. It is evident that this vehicle is also affected by severe water infiltration, which causes mold and harmful odors.
Due to a medical emergency, I am currently unable to go to a garage for a thorough check, although an appointment will be scheduled as soon as I am able to do so.
In the meantime, their cooperation is required regarding the return of the defective vehicle to the dealership. Furthermore, I await a response from the Consumer Protection office, which may assist in the resolution of this case.
