Revdex.com is not the correct agency to address this type of concern.One of my business interests publishes a local flyer that is delivered monthly to the doorsteps of DuPont residents. It is delivered by an independent contractor (senior citizen supplementing his income by delivering flyers). He is not a paid employee but rather a 1099 contractor.If I understand Mr. [redacted]'s concern, a free flyer is being left on his porch once a month which he does not want to be bothered with throwing away. I understand. Seems like a small issue.I have never spoken with Mr. [redacted]. It sounds like he may be confused about that for some reason. His mention of police, law suits, etc. puts me at a complete loss. Part of my company was sold then re-acquired at one time and perhaps that has caused him some confusion. I am happy to pass his address along to the delivery person and request he do not drop them on his porch. His address however is not included in the complaint, only the name of the street.Again, I will do what I can to resolve this; however the delivery person is not my employee nor is this a business transaction. One suggestion that would likely resolve any such concern is for Mr. [redacted] is to put up a small sign saying "no flyers please". Since dropping flyers is not solicitation, this would clarify for anyone doing advertising in Mr. [redacted]'s neighborhood. It is honestly a very small concern being amplified unnecessarily. Given all of the above circumstances, specifically not being a Revdex.com issue, I request this is not recorded as a complaint resolved.
