Review: After receiving the product and it being the wrong color.I was promised a refund which never happened.This company will give you the run around over and over again without resolving any customer service issues.Very bad business practice.Desired Settlement: I would like the refund they keep promising me and never deliver.I am a contractor with a very unhappy client.Keep getting the run around and no resolution.

customer was fully refunded for the purchase price, tax and shipping of the

product in a reasonable time frame after receipt of the complaint.

Dur-A-Flex requires that authorized installers perform the application of our

product consistent with our instructions. This customer chose to apply

the product on their own and in an environment that our professional partners

would advise against. On the issue of color choice, we recommend the

approval of a sample to make sure that the color choice from literature or

website pictures is acceptable as a finished design choice. In this case

the customer also refused the opportunity to see a physical sample, and elected

to purchase based on a website color.
