Review: Dura Floor, LLC instaled a liquid granite epoxy floor on my garage floor on February 26, 2011. There was a five year limited warranty on materials and labor. On November 2, 2012 when I returned to AZ from IL I noticed a yellow stain underneath my car and four yellow stain tire marks on the garage floor. I called the owner, Mr. Brandon Chamberlain, on November 5 and 6 and requested that he inspect the floor and remove the stains if possible. Mr. Chamberlain called me back on November 7 and said he would come during the week of November 12 to look at the floor. He said he would call me before he came. He did not come or call until November 16. Mr. Brandon used a chemical on the stains but could not remove them. He said he would call me during the week of November 26. I called him on his cell phone 15 times and called him at his office twice beteen November 26 - December 6 leaving a message for him to call me regarding powerwashing or repairing my floor. He never called me back.Desired Settlement: Call me and schedule a day to powerwash the floor. If that does not remove the stains advise me if the warranty would cover the repair work. If the warranty does not cover the repair work advise me on the cost to repair the floor.
