Review: Dura-Plex put 31 windows in my home, October 12, 2005, costing $9646, paid in full, with a Life Time Warrenty.

The first day the job started the window installer said dura-plex mis-measured 2 windows which had to be re-measured

and re-made from the factory which would take 2-3 weeks to be made.

Dura-Plex has charged my contract an added $660 to pay for the mis-measured windows that I do not believe was or is my responsibility to pay. It was dura-plex's mistake and also would mean that I would be paying double for 2 windows.

Due to this dura-plex is refusing to honor my Warrenty and is trying to force me to pay an added $660.

It is necessary to have this matter on Dura-Plex's record.

Dura-Plex is a group of dis-honorable people.

I have tried to work this out with Dura-Plex but they have been very un-cooperative.

I am trying to get this matter resolved with the Revdex.com before I proceed with contactimg my Lawyer and Court.

Dura-Plex should call me and set an appointment with me to fix my windows.

An agreement between this customer and Dura-Plex, Inc. (DP) was entered into on October 12, 2005 for the amount of $10,306.00. The contract call for DP to install 29 double hung windows and 2 awning windows. DP received a down payment of $3,300.00 on October 12, 2005, and a payment of $6,346.00 on November 18, 2005, totaling $9,646.00. After several attempts to collect the balance of $660.00, via phone and written correspondence, DP was unsuccessful. DP has written documentation of all that transpired and will make it available at your request.
