In response to the complaint filed by Mrs [redacted] , it is common that any monies given to the dealership during the negotiation process are deposited even if a deal (sale) does not materialize There are security reasons within the daily operation of the business that require certain procedures to handling monies given When the deal (sale) is unwound, a request is made to refund any monies given directly to the person that holds receipt of such funds Standard protocol is a to day time frame for processing those refunds At this time, Mrs [redacted] ' refund has been issued and mailed directly to her.We appreciate the opportunity to respond and remedy any complaint

BBB,On April 1, 2017, Sequalla [redacted] and Stonewall [redacted] purchased a 2009 Mercedes-Benz CLS550. At the time of purchase, details involving the purchase were all disclosed accordingly, including the $995. dollar price reduction they received (see attached). We have addressed the repair... issue concerning Mr. [redacted] and have offered out of courtesy to diagnose the issue for him. However, Mr. [redacted] has not made arrangements to bring the vehicle in because he commutes to New Orleans in the vehicle for work and hasn't been able to schedule a time.The vehicle was sold As-Is in good faith and the repair issues concerning Mr. [redacted] are consistent with the normal wear of the vehicle's age and mileage.Thanks in advance for your assistance as it pertains to BBB Case Number [redacted] and we appreciate the opportunity to provide resolution.Jorge [redacted] , Operations ManagerAmazon Autos4619 N.
