I do apologize, I got a complaint you filed from the Revdex.com Complaint ID of ***. I did respond from your initial email you sent to our general mail box on September 11, 2017, I mistakenly responded back to the general mail box rather than to you directly, On September 12, at 8:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I know the way I was treated and how the situation was handled. All I asked for was to be treated with respect and they failed to do that. They shouldn't conduct their business in that tone and manner. This is not about the money at all, I know I'm not out any money because they told me they wouldn't accept my business, even though I was still willing to pay after being treated so rudely. I told her I was unaware of how old it was because my husband wasn't there and he would know the answer. She asked me several questions and I gave her answers so I have no idea what she is talking about. I don't work on AC units so I do not know every single answer, this is why I was requesting an appointment (I live 1 mile from this company so it is not out of the way.) When I called to make an appointment the first woman I spoke to was very kind and told me they could get me in that day and they'd be happy to help, so I don't believe they are as "swamped" as they claim to be. I believe her response back to you was to try and cover it up and pretend it didn't happen. You cannot treat people the way they did and get away with it by blaming the customer, that is not how it works. I have no further actions needed with this company but I want it to be known that what was said in her response ("witness" there with her or not) was false.

THE CUSTOMER COULD NOT TELL ME ANYTHING ABOUT THE AGE OR ANYTHING ABOUT THE A/C,  THE ONLY TIME WE WERE THERE WAS IS THE WINTER,  FURNACE WAS SO OLD,  WE WERE HONEST & COULD NOT GET PARTS,AND DID NOT EVEN CHARGE THEM A SERVICE CALL.   WE ARE SWAMPED WITH SERVICE...

CALLS,  SO SINCE SHE COULD NOT TELLME ANY INFORMATION ON THE AGE OR ANYTHING ELSE ON THE A/C,  I THOUGHT MAYBE THEY WOULD HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM,SO SUGGESTED THAT THEY CALL SOMEONE ELSE.   I DID NOT YELL,  I HAVE A WITNESS TO MY PHONE CONVERSATION TO HER.SO SINCE WE WERE NEVER THERE,  AND THEY ARE EXAGERATED ON WHAT I SAID TO THEM.   THEY ARE NOT OUT ANY MONEY.
