Her warranty company provided the parts and my
labor!They decided to cash out her contract because it would be needing more parts to repair.I was not involved in their decision.I told her that I would pull her invoice, reveiw it and call her
back.That would be today.It is not up to me at this point.Her complaint should be toward *** NOT ME!

It doesn't make sense that the warranty company would pay for parts on a machine that needs more repair than it was worthIf the repairman had done his job ant told the company that in the first place, they would not have paid him for parts for a machine that would cost more than it's worth to repairI would like my $he kept from the warranty company back

The Warranty company decides on how to handle it's buisness,not me.I was paid my rate and they supply us the parts.In some cases they make a decision to cash out a customer, even if the appliance is not fixed.Not my decision

I advised this customer that if I could reattach latch spring it would be repaired for just the trip charge of 85.00 plus tax.

working for free and that leaking radiation from a poor fitting door was a minor repairable thing.Then he complains to you!!

I don't agree with his explanation. I paid him $90.00 for nothing. All he did was tell me I needed a new door. When I call him to install the new microwave he said he don't install microwaves. But he would install the the door.

Info would have went with your advice I would have been out a dryer another week or so with kids at home. The dryer is still working awesome after the other place repaired. I understand it does happen but also being a specialist takes responsibility
