We had a very positive/good experience working with DURADRAIN They installed a new drain field at our house They worked around our schedule, did the work in the time they said they would get it done and then left the yard better than expected I would highly recommend them to my friends All of the employees we had contact with were very courteous and helpful

Yet another scam artist. We called to have our tank pumped. Dura Drain then tells me I need a new septic system so I explained that the town is putting on in in the next year or two. So he said instead of the pumping fee of $300 if you pay $1,441 I'll guarantee it for a year. Two months later we were backed up again. So we call to have it serviced. After waiting for them for eight hours they showed up at night. They dug up the yard again and pumped it. I told the tech I am glad I had the warranty. two weeks later we get a bill for $500. They say they did additional work outside the warranty.....But of course they didn't inform us they were doing this nor why it isn't covered by the $1,441 warranty. Then we get a notice that they are going to file a lien on the house. The owner finally agrees no to put a lien on the house and lowers the bill to $250. How is there a bill when we have a one year warranty? Another scam artist.
