I do not feel the matter at hand was investigated thoroughly by businessI have photo evidence of my vehicle after it was worked on and picked up from adams auto groupAs to the response that upper radiator hose did not need to be removed to replacecair compressor,thatsca completely statementWhen I inquired as to why the job was so expensive,the shops response was because my WHOLE FRONT END had to be removedYou CAN NOT access my air compressor without taking upper radiator hose offI also have photos of ALOT MORE than bolts missingIf they would have been missing prior to this,my front end eould have literally FALLEN OFF! As to the president of adams auto group,you are receiving information from your service departmentAs to issue with tires, I had the vslve stem replaced at another TIRE ONLY shop and was told it had broken due to cortosion and had it had been replaced when tires were purchased,as it should have been,this would not have happenedAlso told that they ABSOLUTELY replace them everytime new tires are put onIm addressing the valve stem,not the sensor inside of tire

lawn treatment even though the client said after he performed the work that she did not want it. At the beginning of each year the Lawn Ranger sends out a "notification of services" with a cover letter stating pricing and other information. At the bottom of the page it states that "This is a continuous service unless I hear from you othenruise". Since there was no response from the customer, the Lawn Ranger proceeded to perform the work as scheduled based on the timeline from last year.For your reference I have attached a sample packet for the 2016 year. that were already missing when she brought her car in. It  is my understanding we did install an A/C compressor in her vehicle and that does not involve removing the upper radiator hose. Regarding the replacement of valve stems, her vehicle requires a combination valve stem-tire pressure monitor (TPS system) that cost about $75 each. A normal valve stem cost only $1 each and we do replace those for free . Obviously, no one is going to replace the TPS type of valve stem at no charge unless it is factored into the price of the tires, which we do not do. In closing, [redacted] has been a good service department customer in the past and we regret that she has become an unhappy customer.
