I am rejecting this response because: As evidenced by the photos this was not pet damage. This was normal ware from walking on carpet. Also, notice on invoice the carpet was NOT replaced. The bid is not evidence of carpet replacement. The invoice from Redi Carpet does not show carpet work. Also, [redacted] from Redi Carpet confirmed that the carpet was not replaced. I did pay the cost for the towel bar and the final water bill but the carpet charges are not valid.
