These people are not prepared to handle the volume of customers they have, unfortunately, medicare does not allow you to use companies that are. Its hurricane season I've got 5 tiny bottles, because.. my Portable quit working, so in April 2023, it got turned in, they are on back order and I'm still waiting with no clue on when I might get one..told because hurricane season could get 2 larger tanks.. now really..lights get knocked out, you really think the lights be back on in 2 or 3 days, it usually about 2 weeks here if not longer ! They get a 2 because they do make sure you have your diabetic testings.. But your lung stuff..well.. I probably wouldn't be upset this much, but I told them a year ago it said oxygen low get on other machine, but they didn't see it, and was not the first time, told them that too, but they took it, said they didn't find a problem, then it went out on me while, thank the LORD only, I was driving up in lot of Doctors office, so was put on their oxygen. So I guess until it breaks down completely on you the warnings machine gives is worthless if it doesn't pop up for them...must be all in you head !
