Mr [redacted] returned Tuesday saying there are cracks in the top of the headInspection showed their were two surface cracks in the top of the headI told Mr [redacted] I would install a new cylinder head (new) We had the new cylinder head over-nighted , I told him it would be done by Friday or monday the 30thInspection of the head showedthe head had two shallow cracks in the top of the head most likely caused by stress or fatigueThe head had been pressure tested for cracks, sometimes head will crack when installed, when torquedThe cracks do not affect the performance of the headWe do not refund money on motor's that are special order and are years old ( no demand) for these motorsMr [redacted] has two options pick up the motor or leave it here and we will try and sell itno way to say how long it will take to sellDurango Machine stands behind motors we remanufactured If Mr [redacted] has any problems we will be glad to help to resolve themAlmost all the parts in that motor are new except block and sheet metalDurango Machine
