Complaint: [redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason if he complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] These accusations against me are wrong it just goes to show this company is very unprofessional and harass me very loudly degraded me belittled me and it's all on camera when I am on my husband called the owner to see why his employees were coming into my job he stated they would not do that I have them on camera I have my boss and witnesses customers I am too intimidated and too scared to respond to any more future phone call that's why I have not responded back this company is wrong I did agree to have the work done because it is my only vehicle and I they told me that they would not charge me for an oil change and at the end of the agreement I signed as attached they charged me anyway I do not feel like I should have to pay anymore especially after coming into my work and belittling me and degrading me the company is lying they are all back in each other and I feel it is very unfair very very unprofessional
