Customer's husband bought discounted tires at our location on 7/17/An employee installed the new tires and verified that the vehicle left our property in the same condition as it arrived.Upon review of our camera recording, the hubcaps were clearly seen on video as the customer drove out of our lot in their [redacted] ? SequoiaThe following day 7/18/the customer's wife arrived to our shop and confronted our employee in a hostile mannerShe immediately asked for a full tire refundI spoke with her to try to understand the issue, but she demanded the refund because the passenger front hubcap had been lostI explained that the vehicle's hubcaps were on as her husband drove off and that there are many reasons that a hubcap can fall off, such as hitting a pothole or theftBut when I explained that I could not issue a refund because it was evident that the hubcaps were on as her husband drove away after the tire service she called the sheriffOnce the sheriff arrived I showed him the tape and he told MrsSingh that it was a civil issueShe drove away without further argument
I am rejecting this response because: my hubcap never fell since I bought my car but after the tire replacement I had my hubcap missingThey didn't put it rightI do not request any refund but my hubcapThey also told me it's not their job to fix my problemThey also said it in a rude way
