When we hold a check for a client each client signs a form. The form states the following: "Checks may be held for up to 2 weeks. We must have your current contact information and the check must be dated for the day that it was written. No...
post-dated checks will be accepted. No checks on inactive/closed accounts. Durant Animal Hospital is not responsible for any NSF fees incurred." This client did contact the office manager at the clinic and did use profanity when speaking with her. The office manager did explain to the client that the hospital policy does not hold us liable for any insufficient fees as stated on the form she had signed three separate times. She became hostile and hung up on the office manager. In addition, the client did visit the office managers home on a Saturday and again used profanity and was very hostile. I apologize if the client feels like we did an injustice to her, however, we will not be paying any fees incurred due to insufficient funds in her personal bank account.

I am rejecting this response because: I tried discussing with Dr. [redacted] during the situation and after [redacted] had passed. He was very unprofessional and almost sarcastic as you can see from my original complaint. I filed a complaint because, other people...
need to know about this incident. I will continue to let people know about my experience with Dr. [redacted] and Durant Animal Hospital.
