I responded told them I had limited service, and met them the next day and they recieved they healthy baby Yorkie. Just as was planned. I never once canceled or postponed the meeting and sent them weekly up dates of how their puppy was growing.  They paid what was a agreed upon the $600, and I thought they were happy with their new puppy???
