Contractor paid by mortgage company to repair damages from a 3/storm has not completed repairs he promised to complete by insurance deadline After storm 3/contractor was contacted and eventually hired to reroof home, barn, storage building, well house; replace siding on home and one side of storage building all detailed out by the insurance adjuster Insurance paid mortgage co, mortgage company wrote check to me, homeowner and Duraplex House and barn roofing were completedHouse roof had a problem resulting in damage of wood stove and its exhaust pipe, because of the months it took from time reported (first rain after reroofing) for Duraplex to actually come and fix those problems - a simple minutes to reseal the stainless steel chimney Duraplex verbally promised yellow siding in replacement of the white Duraplex later stated it was more expensive and requested more money However, verbally, Duraplex said they would cover the cost because of how patient I was,
