Durasystem Cabinet Refacing

Review: contract was written 4/21/13 work to be substantially complete 6/6/13. Work didn't start until 6/6/13. Was told the work would be 2-3 days the work went on for about 4 days and then they realized they forgot to order parts. It is 7/23/13 and still do don't have the kitchen complete. Salesman said he is worried he isnt going to get his money so he is reluctant to snd someone out. We never said we wouldn't finish paying even though the contract is clearly breached. I have an unfinished kitchen an work was not the best that could be done. the contractor was supposed to come back and spot check his work to do finishing touches while waiting for the rest of the parts. He never returned and now I have uneven cabinets and have to try and find someone to complete the work. Also the contractor left the house a mess and had dust from sawing indoors throughout my whole house. After my husband got ahold of the salesman ([redacted]) he said he has had the materials for a while but never called to complete project.Desired Settlement: I dont want to deal with this company anymore but cant find anyone to compete their shotty work.

Review: Hired Dura System to install refaces cabinets color egg shell white. After cabinet completion the color of cabinets were bright white, color on invoice stats [redacted] white. Color on replaced door has different white number. The receipt stats to hold 20% it there are conflicts. The total bill is $3980.00 which I have paid $2900.00 of this bill. When asked about color the person stats that this was the color I chose. My wife was present and seen and heard the color agreed to which egg shell was white.Desired Settlement: Either replace cabnets with the eggshell white, or refund back some of my money.
