I ordered one of there products under the name of "wade maid" which they shipped out promptly, I received an empty box, (stuffed with paper) DO NOT ORDER from them, when trying to make contact, I cant get anything but a recording! BUYER BEWARE
We purchased a Protective Coating Limited Warranty from Duratain on 9/2/2015. please note that this isn't DURATRAIN. It was to cover protective coatings VC-1 Exterior Coating, VC-2 Textile Coating, VC-3 Awning Leather & Vinyl Protective Coating and VC-4 Shielded Undercoating for $1700.00 and was for a five (5) year period. Our complaint is for the VC-3 Awning Leather & vinyl Protective coating. We have a cracking and tearing issue on one of the recliner chairs. They are telling us that it won't covered because it did was not caused by black mold. The contract states " The VC-3 limited warranties that for a period of five (5) years from the date of installation of your vehicle which has been properly treated with VC-3 Awning Leather & Vinyl Protective Coatings will resist black mold staining. If damage occurs due to Normal Wear and tear the damaged portion of the leather or vinyl will be repaired or replaced." However, on the back of the contract it states "The limited warranty does not cover cracking or Red mold staining." But their brochures state " Transparent cross-link polymers bond to awning, leather, and vinyl surfaces creating a protective barrier against oil and water spills, mod & mildew, ageing and cracking, exposure to UV rays and light scuffs." nowhere does it say in one complete sentence that if the cracking is cause by black mold it would be covered. Which is what they have told me.

I apologize that we have not responded sooner to this complaint as we did not receive it. You have our mailing address incorrect on this filing.It is our position that our warranty is clear about what we cover and what we do not cover, specifically stating;
TITLE PARAGRAPH 7 (on the back of the contract): VC-3 Awning, leather, vinyl coating; “The warranty does not cover cracking or red mold staining.”The issue shown in the supplied photos of the recliner show that the recliner fabric is cracking. That issue is specifically excluded from our warranty.
Our marketing materials are provided as a brief description of products and does not supersede the specific terms and conditions of a warranty that is not only signed but also initialed in four separate locations by the purchaser.Specifically noting;
“Both sides of this document contain important information. Failure to comply with your responsibilities could jeopardize your rights under this guarantee. By signing this registration the Purchaser is stating that he has read and understands all of the terms and conditions on the back of this registration which constitutes all the terms and conditions of this limited warranty and understand this warranty is NOT and insurance policy.”
However, in a good faith effort to resolve this issue and without conceding any admittance that this is a legitimate warranty claim we will refund the remaining portion of their five-year VC-3 Awning, Vinyl and Leather warranty from the amount we collected from the selling dealership. We cannot, under legal advisement, preform repairs on an item that is specifically excluded from our warranty.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, They need to make CLEAR that "transparent cross-linked polymers bond to awning, leather, and vinyl surfaces creating a protective barrier AGAINST oil and water bases spills, mold & mildew (not mentioning anything about black or red old at this time) , aging and CRACKING, exposure to UV rays and light scuffs." this portion of their advertising needs to be removed as it is a false statement. Requesting that they send that they send the refund to ***. ***., ***, ***
