received a call from the customer around 9:00am stating that he was still waiting for the crews to arrive, and he was given the phone numbers of the Project Manager and Operation Manager. They both talked to him and apologized for the error. We were willing to reschedule the job, but by this time the customer did not want to work with us or reschedule the job.The Job never got started and no money was paid to us. Since no money changed hands, we feel no money is owed. Of course we understand the customer's frustration, and we were willing to work with him to get the job done, but he chose to cancel the contract.
