Review: I placed an order for two beer mugs and a wine glass on November 26, 2013 paying a total of 81.00. These were meant to be Christmas presents, but they never were received. I contacted Ms. [redacted] four times via email, twice via Instagram, and once via her website in the hopes of resolving this issue. One of my emails and my two posts on Instagram received responses, and I was told that the issue would be resolved, but no action was ever taken. I have proof of all communications with the exception of the message sent through her website as I was not sent a copy for my records. I would appreciate a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for my 81.00 purchase as the merchandise was never received.

Review: I ordered 2 hand painted wine glasses with this company on December 13th. I was aware that it would take 5-7 business days to process and it is stated on the website that it will take that long. http://www.durban-decor.com/about/I contacted them several times only to get a run around on my order. My payment has already been processed for the order. I have not received any information on it. I have not received a package. I have no received a refund. The total amount for the order was $47. I have told her that I will be turning her into the Revdex.com and the only response I received back about that was to not threaten her. She has only responded to 3 of my emails and still will not tell me what's going on with the order. She claims the order was processed. I just received a tracking number with no tracking information attached to it. At this point I just want my money back. I've tried to contact her several times only to get the run around.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my $47

Review: I placed an order for a wine glass, totaling $29 (product + shipping) which withdrawn the following day. After 1 month went with no package delivered, I made attempts submitting "requests" on the website inquiring when my order would arrive. I also sent a few emails, finally getting in contact with her. However, she only replied sporadically. I was told she'd find out what the issue was immediately and would let me know that evening but she didn't get back to me. In another sporadic reply, she said she'd have my package shipped priority the following morning and would send me a tracking number ASAP. No tracking number, no package sent. After that, I continued making numerous attempts to get in contact with her regarding a refund at that point via Email, website, Instagram, Facebook but have not received any acknowledgement. I'm very displeased. I paid for something that I never received and I want a refund of the money taken from me by this thief.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund.

Review: I placed an order with Durban Decor over two years ago and have yet to receive my order or a refund. So much time and so many empty promises via email I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK. I no longer want the glasses I paid for so long ago. I paid for 2 custom wine glasses amounting to about $40-$50? I have proof of the email exchanges over the past couple years promising my order, even a promise for a house delivery within 48 hours. I know many have complained for paying for orders and not receiving their product and this kind of shady service needs to stop.Desired Settlement: FULL REFUND FOR THE COST OF THE TWO CUSTOM WINE GLASSES I PAID FOR.

Review: I ordered a painted wine glass from Durban Decor on 9/30/ 2013 and the $32.00 was taken out of my account. It is now january 7th 2014 and I still haven't heard a response form my emails nor has she refunded my money. Every time it's different excuse with emails and she offers to send me a free glass but she never sends anything or responds to my follow up emails. I just want a refund and to never deal with them again! I have proof of everything.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund back to my card for $32.00. I do not want a glass I just want the refund!

Review: I placed an order with the company Durban Decor, from their website, on November 24, 2013 for a set of two star wars wine glasses. During the checkout process I was informed to state when I needed my order by, which I said was December 10th. After many attempts of contacting the company I still have not received any information regarding my order. My money was taken out of my account the day I purchased the glasses. It is close to two months since placing my order and I have no product or any information at all on my order. My issue has been unanswered and unresolved by Jessie Durban. I e-mailed to inform her that I would be contacting you if I did not receive information or a refund by January 10th. I have heard nothing, so I am proceeding with my complaint. At this point in time I would like my money refunded I no longer want the product.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded I no longer want the product.

Review: I ordered a product from this company and never received it. When trying to contact the company reguarding this issue, they were unresponsive. This is fraudulent behavior and is unacceptable.Desired Settlement: Refund of money or the merchandise I ordered.

Review: Durban Decor has taken payment for products I ordered. Order was placed in January 2014 it is now April 2014. Durban Decor has failed to deliver and communicate for over 3 months. I have email owner several times, with no resolution. Review: I ordered a hand painted glass from the business in question back in february. I requested the glass by shipped be mid march in time for my friends birthday. I was charged $30 for the glass and still have yet to receive my product and it is now mid june and has been 4 months. I have reached out to Durban Decor and have heard nothing in response to the status of my glass. I was provided a tracking number for the US postal service but the glass was never delivered to the post office as the tracking number is not in the system.The tracking number is essentially useless and was probably provided to show that she cared about my issue. That was two months ago. As stated I have texted and emailed Durban Decor multiple times- the only way of reaching out to the company as there is no real customer service number. The customer service is embarrassing and a complete lack of response shows that they do not care about their customers. I feel this is a very fraudulent business.Desired Settlement: I would like my glass delivered asap and my money fully refunded to me since I have been waiting for 4 months to receive a product that was supposed to take 2-3 weeks. I would also like an apology as this is the most ridiculous customer service I have ever had to deal with.
