For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below We have asked Mr O [redacted] since last Nov to report the pay history to Transunion, andvvEqufax and Experian, so far they have continued to stall the goid pay history we deserve to have put onto both our credit files, we do no know why they doing this to us, I just called today, and I have still not gotten thisvissue resolved, It only takes hours to have the correction done on these credit reportsNot months, I called numberous times and spoke with both Mr O [redacted] and Mr N [redacted] about this, Mr O [redacted] says he does not know how to reinsert our credit pay history, but they continue to report on other lians from other people to all three credit reporting agencys, Mr O [redacted] is the controller from Morris Plan, and his continuance to not report our payment history shows, that he has not did his job, as controller, this process is not duffuclt to do, its his job to report to these credit reporting agencys, we have asked for many months been assured, he was going to get this done, months has passed and he still has not got this done, nor do we believe he will get this doneWe continued to make auto payments for over years since 1/2014, but we cannot get the credit we deserve for our continued payments on the carHow is that fair, that he can pick or choo se who he reports to or even when or if he will!!!Our credit was in bad shape to began with, we tired so many times to get away from the Morris Plan co, just for these unfair practices, they have kept us from obtaing other credit else where, Thats not fair, we do not deserve to be choosen to just totally ruin our credit worthyness or not reporting the good payment history we have with themWe would like to be compensated for allmthe heart aches with this company, and there refusal to report our pay history to Transunion, its their lack of compatition for there clents We are asking for the bbext hours to put our payhistory to Transunion, as its keeping us from even generating any fico score with Transunion [redacted]

Problem: Ihad a loan with these people for over years , and since day one they have been a major issueSome issues being harassment, not just towards me but towards my family and friendsThey would contact my family/friends and harass them even when my payment wasn't due yetJust recently they called my ex -not me- and complained that they haven't received my payment, the day they called was the 9th and my payment wasn't due untilthe 14th! They had even hired a private investigator and then charged me for it even though they knew where Iwas living.Fast forward to today and Itraded in my old car to *** Auto located in *** *** auto paid off my old car in full to Morris plan and now Morris plan is harassing me, stating that Iowe them money on a car that I no longer possess.also adding that they are going to reposes my old vehicle even though they got their money! I also want to add that there have been multiple times that Ihad made a payment and a few days later they called stating that Idid not make a payment even though I have receipts for it! This has been a complaint for many people not just myself! These people are the worst and their customer service is atrocious! The Morris Plan Company response: The plaintiffs payment history dictated repeated collection efforts throughout the term of the loanPersons contacted were only the debtor, co-debtor and any personal references listed by the debtor There were five times that the plaintiff or a person related to the loan was called on the day of a monthIn every instance the call was being made nearly days after the due date for the payment Morris Plan Company did not receive payment in full for this customer until March 6, There have been no calls to anyone related to this loan since thenDesired Settlement:No further contact by the businessI want them to leave me alone and Idon't want them to add a repossess ion on my credit report for a car that I no longer ownThese people need to be investigated immediately . The Morris Plan Company response: The Morris Plan Company has initiated no contact with the plaintiff or any other related party since receiving the payment in fullThere is no notation of a repossession on the credit reporting for this loan

We have reviewed the complaint referenced herein.We have a form that must be completed and signed to effect a change in the payment date.We sent the form to the customer to be completedWe also attempted to verify the customer’s receipt of the form and assist with any questions but we did not
receive a response from the customer.The customer was facing repossession of the automobile because the loan was nearly days past dueWe have been generous in our collection practices with this account and in allowing payment arrangements to accommodate the customer.A payment was offered to us on August and we also agreed to an extension of one loan payment at that timeThat has allowed us to not repossess the automobileThe loan is due for the August paymentIt is not at this time a candidate for repossession.Respectfully submitted,John O***Controller
