Review: My name is [redacted] and I am writing on the behalf of the Co-Owners which are [redacted] and [redacted]a for the new property located at [redacted] between [redacted] Ave in your district. We all have signed and fully executed contracts to purchase this home since 2013. However our joy and excitement in becoming new home owners in the community has been engulfed in failed promises and missed deadlines from our Realtor and developer (Durga Real Estate LLC). We are all part of this program called NACA which is a nationally profiled non-profit, community advocacy and home ownership organization. However the developer [redacted], Durga Real Estate LLC has given us nothing but failed promises in delivering this property to us as promises and honor the existing contractual agreements. We would like to formally request additional help in launching an independent investigation into the dealings for this property and holding the seller responsible to honor the original contractual agreement made in 2013. Furthermore the developer (Durga Real Estate LLC) is claiming the delay is on getting all the sub-division paper work being sent to the zoning department. We were told that this was submitted on Tuesday May **, 2015. However we have no faith that this was actually completed as promise. Again any additional assistance you can provide in this situation would be welcome news for us we just want to live the american dream and own a home. We have saved all our lives for this moment. Again we are asking that the Revdex.com investigate Durga Real Estate LLC to ensure they are committed to sell this property to US the in contract owners! We all understand that delays in projects happen. But not for 2 1/2 yearsDesired Settlement: Simple. Please sell us the house in good condition. Honor the agreement. Comply with what zoning and the buildings department is asking for and give us a certificate of occupancy! We as buyer should not be helping you sell your product.
