Durham Ale House, Inc.

I went on Carolina Ale House on Saturday April 12 2014 at 11:30 PM and I consume 3 beer and 1 sandwich, I need a wait over 20 minutes to get my sandwich, I order my check bill to pay at 1:31 AM they gave me my bill and I have to pay $23.75 but they included 20% gratuity $4.75 so I have to pay $ 28.50, I don't understand why they charged 20% gratuity but ok, I give my CREDIT CARD and when they swiped my check is for $28.58 and $5.72 for TIP ( I ask to Manager for that TIP because already charged me 20% gratuity and He told me if I don't want add a TIP that's fine ) ADDL.TIP and TOTAL ____, I put TOTAL $28.58 and signed but when I see my CREDIT CARD monthly Statement report I found CAROLINA ALE HOUSE charged me $ 34.30 , my consumption was $23.73 and I have to pay $10.55 for Gratuity and I have to wait over 20 minutes for a sandwich???? seriously I was enjoy Carolina Ale House from 2008 but last 2 visit I don't feel like a valued customer.my point is : my question is They have to add 20% gratuity on single party???? on Check they said $ 28.50 Credit Card Voucher $ 28.58 so here I have a difference of $0.08 cents, I put a horizontal line on $5.72 for TIP because they already charged me 20% gratuity and I put my numbers of I agree to pay $28.58 but my Credit Card Statement Carolina Ale House Charged me $ 34.30, Carolina Ale House have a 100's of Customers every day, so if They STEAL this money from me how many Customers have same situation , How much EXTRA money Carolina Ale House make from Customers, I have all Documents to Show what I say, also I send an email to Carolina Ale House on Friday night April 25 2014 and I still waiting for an answer from themOrder_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementI Really have no idea
