The TEACHER of the this academy, NOT the student, BUTCHERED my hairI now have a lopsided mulletThe student stood there shocked at what she witnessed and apologized to me My communication was as clear as it could have been to both of them; I wanted an A line haircut which means longer in the front in a pointy styleThe student was doing a great job until the teacher came over at the end and said "How about we frame your face?" I am not a stylist and do not know what "framing" meansSo I said, sure whatever to make the long A pointShe then cut inches off at the top of my headThe opposite of A line As I told them, I have very thin hair and this is why I get an A line cut- it adds volumeThe teacher ruined my hairIt is now not only super thin but lopsided I am still in shock, haven't cried yet and avoid the mirrorThank god for barrettes and hatsI will have a good year of waiting for this to grow out long enough just to be able to get a looking haircut, at least another months before I can get the hair cut I asked for today When I called and said I wanted the $back on my credit card the lady told me I'd have to come back in to do thatI informed her I will call my credit card and contest the chargeThey make you pay before you get your cut or else I would not have paid at all
Hello I have been a customer for many years I must say the service I have received lately has been extremely bad From the wait time, to the lack of customer service to the staff not coordinating my ticket accordingly I usually get a sew in removal, trim, protein shake, and a full sew in At your establishment due to the terrible customer service and ticket coordinating I can expect to be at your business for 4-hours Provided that the employees do not forget about me all together, which has also occurredAs a consumer this totally unacceptable I hope in the future your staff is trained to better service there customers Unfulfilled former customer,

My communication was as clear as it could have been to both of them; I wanted an A line haircut which means longer in the front in a pointy style. So I said, sure whatever to make the long A point. She then cut 12 inches off at the top of my head. The opposite of A line.
As I told them, I have very thin hair and this is why I get an A line cut- it adds volume. The teacher ruined my hair. It is now not only super thin but lopsided.
I am still in shock, haven't cried yet and avoid the mirror. Thank god for barrettes and hats. I will have a good year of waiting for this to grow out long enough just to be able to get a normal looking haircut, at least another 6 months before I can get the hair cut I asked for today.

I paid to have the front of my head flat twist and I only got 1 side done and when I complain about it I was brushed off.I went in asked for the front of my hair to be twisted I only got 5 twist on the side and it's not what I want and I voiced my concern with them./////Desired SettlementTo get my hair corrected /////
