direct deposit and opted to have his weekly payroll check mailed. He worked and received payroll checks via mail without issue for two weeks prior to the week he has complained to you about. The issue he complained of relates to his third week of employment. Specifically, Mr. [redacted]'s paycheck, dated 3/25/16, for week ending Sunday, 3/20/16 was mailed from our office via USPS mail on Wednesday, 3/23/16. We learned that Mr. [redacted] had not received thecheck in the mail after several days. On Wednesday, 3/30/16, Mr. [redacted] came into our office to enroll for direct deposit, and a stop payment for the check which had not arrived in the mail was processed.On Thursday, 3/31/16, Durham issued a check to Mr. [redacted] in the amount of $225 and on Monday, 4/5, Durham issued a check to Mr. [redacted] for the remaining balance due. The desired settlement he stated in his complaint to you is to have the current check stopped andreplaced with a new one.
