After years of cleaning w/ this company, I received white coats that they turned blue after "cleaning" the garments & owner refused to refund me
I dropped the garments off for cleaning on October 27, The garments were ready for pion November 1, and I picked them up on November 2, from the Pineville locationI discovered that the coats had a blue tint at work on November 3, and I returned one of the coats for treatment on November (I had to keep one to work in) and was not contacted when the coat was finished Over the next weeks, I called to speak with the owner/person completing my treatment, left several messages, and was never contactedFinally, on November 28, upon calling the Elliot location, I was notified that it was ready and because I wanted to meet the owner, *** ***, I went to the *** location immediatelyUpon my arrival to voice my concerns, I was addressed very rudely and inappropriately by the owner himselfWe discussed the m

Craig's Cleaners lost an item of clothing and has not attempted to right the situation
A pair of pants was dropped off at Craig's Cleaners I went by the store several days later and was not given a reason as to why the pants were not there I even asked the cashier to check with the other location and this was not done I repeatedly went by the store to check on them and was given no answers During this time, no one even apologized for the mistake or checked in to let me know they were attempting to look for the pants Finally after weeks went by the manager called and gave the option of refunding the pants for $This was back on July 13th It is now August 23rd and we have yet to receive a check I have contacted the store several times to check on it and have gotten no help or answers I have left messages myself with the owner and he not attempted to return my call I have never received such poor customer service

Lost property, unwilling to resolve issue
I left a men's dress shirt to be cleaned, they apparently lost itI visited the location times asking about the shirtTwice was told each time that it was at another location and they would have it the next day, the other times I was told they were checking on it and would let me knowKnow one has called or textI have repeatedly tried to speak with the owner, he has finally offered a $store credit which is useless because I will not trust them with my property again, or a $reimbursementThe shirt cost me $and I paid them $to clean it No communication and unwilling to helpThis has been going on for over months

Craig's ruined my best black pants and refuses to make it right
I picked up my pants from them on January 9,They were smaller and shorterI am years oldI have not grownI returned the pants to them on Fri Janand was told I would hear from owner by MondayI went back on Wedand Thurs and no one knew anything about themI got a call from an employee later that day saying ***, the owner would settle with me for $cash or credit to my accountI called the number they gave me for *** repeatedly and left my name and numberI printed out a copy of Choco's online showing I had paid $ plus tax for pants and took it to the cleaners, again with my name and number on 2/2/
He has never returned my calls as of today 2/22/
His assistant on *** Stsaid he would only pay the $ She said there would be a check ready for me on Thursday, Feb16thI went on Thurs., Friday and picked up the check on TuesI have not cashed itI want him to pay me

Laundered Shirt has not been returned and Owner does not return phone calls!
I brought four shirts to Craig's Cleaners and when I picked them up and got them home, there were only three in the bag After a few days of them looking, they couldn't find my missing shirt After about two weeks, they claim it had ink on it and it couldn't be repaired I spoke to the employee in the Alexandria office and she did her job by relaying what information she was given I asked to speak to the owner and I've always got the answer he wasn't around or he will call you back He will not return my phone calls to discuss this issueThe last excuse was that he was out of town and wouldn't be back until later The customer service of the owner of this business is extremely poor! He has no regard for discussing issues with customers to come to a mutual resolution I will never bring another item to this place of business!!!! Extremely Poor Management!
